From idea to first customer
MuseMVP Flare is a pnpm workspace built for TanStack Start on Cloudflare Workers. You own the source and deploy to your own account.
Develop locally
pnpm install
pnpm muse:init
pnpm dev
Create an account, then open /dev/mail and refresh to find your local verification email. Development uses local D1, R2 and captured email. Workers AI requires an authenticated remote binding; local development leaves remote execution disabled until you explicitly enable it.
Shape the product
Start with a product brief: audience, the job to be done, the smallest useful flow, and acceptance criteria. Ask your agent to read AGENTS.md and the project skills. Edit product configuration, both locale overrides and the owning feature module.
Configure payments
Choose enabled gateways and the default in the config package. Map each plan to a provider product. Store credentials and webhook signing secrets in Worker Secrets. Set the provider webhook URL to /api/webhooks/stripe, /api/webhooks/creem, /api/webhooks/dodo or /api/webhooks/waffo.
Deploy deliberately
Use a Cloudflare API token with Workers, D1, R2 and Queues permissions. Put production secrets in the ignored .muse/production.secrets.json file. Required values include AUTH_SECRET and MAIL_FROM. A custom APP_URL and ADMIN_EMAIL are optional.
pnpm muse:doctor --target production --json
pnpm muse:deploy --target production --plan --json
pnpm muse:deploy --target production --yes --json
pnpm muse:verify --target production --json
Cloudflare Email Sending must be activated with a verified sender domain. Actual mailbox delivery and payment sandbox checkout remain separate release checks. Preview and production use independent resources.
